One of the catchiest songs of 1988, was Bobby McFerrin’s, Don’t Worry Be Happy. It became so popular an entire generation became honorary psychologists. We’d see someone that appeared worried and we would race over to share with them these four life changing words, “Don’t worry be happy.” There is no denying that worrying has an impact on our ability to be happy.
